Have you ever seen a job applicant

A few days ago, a netizen named Terry shared his recent job interview experience on KL Chat Station. According to Terry, the manager of the car dealership first asked for his address, then asked about the car he drove that day. After learning about his family background, his attitude suddenly took a turn for the worse, and he kept attacking him personally.

According to Terry’s post, the manager actually said to him: “You have such a good family background, I don’t think you can do this kind of work, don’t waste my time.” The manager’s outrageous behavior and attitude made Terry say that the other party had no respect for others at all.

What Terry didn’t expect was that the other party actually asked him to go for a second interview the next day. However, Terry, who had already experienced the other party’s interview attitude, refused without saying a word.

“As a job applicant, I can be treated so rudely and without any respect, let alone as your employee,” Terry said angrily, “I am here to work for you, not to beg for food!”

In response to Terry’s refusal, the El-Salvador Phone Number List manager actually said that he would refuse to go for the second round of interviews, which proved that his judgment of Terry was indeed correct. He also said that his remarks the day before were to make him understand the difficulties in real life. His disrespect for him was to let him know the true face of how customers treat salespeople in reality, and said that this would make him stronger.

The manager even added:

Respect is something you Algeria Phone Number List earn yourself, not beg for.”

Terry also stated in his post: “I’m not saying that I can’t bear his scolding, but he uses family background and identity to test a person’s ability and character (which is not right).”
